I recently purchased a ¼” Typhochlaena seladonia sling from Marshall Arachnids, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
The packaging was top-notch—the sling arrived safe and secure, with the vial sealed properly and held in place with tape. What stood out to me was the attention to branding: the vial, the tape locking the vial, and even the bag the vials were placed in all matched Marshall Arachnids’ signature colors, adding a nice touch of professionalism.
Customer service was also excellent. The representative I spoke with was helpful, responsive, and provided a smooth purchasing experience. As a bonus, I received some great freebies, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
