Refund policy

• if for any reason you’re unsatisfied with a product you’ve received from Marshall Arachnids, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days. you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. the item(s) must be returned to us in new, unused condition, which is up to our discretion.

• refunds/exchanges are contingent upon arrival and inspection of the unsatisfactory item(s). customer is responsible for all shipping costs. this policy applies only to dry goods.

• live goods (animals and plants) are non-returnable. refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis if the animal/plant arrives dead or in very poor condition deemed preventable by Marshall Arachnids. contact us ASAP if this happens to your live good(s).
