I ordered two unsexed juvenile Western black widows spiders and was lucky enough to get two females. They were shipped same-day and arrived overnight, well packed and in great health. They've both molted and eaten and everything seems to be going well! Thank you to Marshall Arachnids for my little companions! :)
They clearly care a lot about getting you your animals healthy, safe, and happy. They check your local weather, look for local pickup locations that will work, and coordinate the pickup date/time. And on this order of 3 widow spoods, they made sure to pick me out at least one definite female, possibly 2.
I just wish they'd get some of those awesome enclosures back in so I can buy more!!
Bought a 1/2 unsexed that died in 1.5 weeks. Ordered this one after and everything is good so far.

Ordering from Marshall Arachnids was super easy and they were very thorough with their communication. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them more in the future!
Almost everything was perfect. The spood arrived safely and was packaged perfectly. My only complaint lies with the optional 40 dram enclosure, for the simple fact that it’s a top opening enclosure and Avicularias are arboreal. Fortunately I had an extra enclosure I was able to move it to to make it easier to feed it without disturbing the sling. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend Marshall Arachnids

Came well packaged and secure! The sling was in a smaller vile and easily went into its new home. Im so in love, thank you marshall arachnids!! And the purple tissue paper is such a nice touch!
Had a great time purchasing 2 spiderlings, customer service rep was very attentive and helpful, even when FedEx got delayed. My new 8 legged children arrived packed carefully and safely and have been settling in well, will definitely be getting more hairy friends in the future here!

This enclosure made setting up and caring for my net-casting spider a breeze. Great design, easy access, and holds humidity well. I also recommend getting the mister—gives a perfect, fine mist every time.
Beautiful and fascinating, this female net-casting spider has been a joy to watch. After a brief feeding strike, she’s now eating well. Can’t wait to see her catch something!
