They were quick to reach out regarding the best shipping dates for the wellbeing of the sling. When the original date wouldn’t work on my end they were very understanding and more then happy to wait another week and see how the weather looked that week. The sling was packed with care to help ensure the best results on delivery. Absolutely would buy from again!
I had ordered the Caribbean versicolor on Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and picked it up from our fed ex hub on Wednesday.

We ordered a couple of tarantulas and they showed up in great condition and are doing well so far.
My sling ate right away and has been webbing up her new enclosure. Staff was very helpful in finding a time to ship and confirming information for pickup.
