Purchasing and scheduling pickup were straightforward. No customer service concerns. Spiders arrived well packaged and with a temperature packet. Each also had a hatch date card and serial number. Both spiders were lively and readily rehoused. They've both made little nets when hungry. Will definitely purchase from Marshall's again!!
As i opened the vials they came in they were super active and nice size they looked well taken care of can't wait to get some other Ts

Shes an amazing spood! Marshall called and scheduled delivery with me to a nearby fedex location to ensure Gwen was only traveling as short a time as possible. She left Marshall at like 4pm and arrived at my loval fedex by 7am the next morning. They definitely have the health and wellness of the animal at the front of their mind
The only difficult part is actually deciding what to pick! Great communication the entire time. All vials were packaged perfectly. All slings were healthy and settling in well. Thanks guys!

We just purchased our first Marshall Tarantula Crib the quality is striking. I love the purple color, but the construction is fantastic. Super strong magnets, beefy panels, and great air flow. I will be back. Wow!
