This is my first time purchasing anything from Marshall Arachnids, and it was by far the best experiance. The customer service team had emailed me asking me to watch a husbandry video on caring for my ogre spider, and to help find a FedEx location closest to me for pick up. They were very professional and kind at the same time. I ordered a female Cameron Net-Casting Spider and an L.Fallax (not sure if i spelled it right), and then the setup for the Ogre Face spider. Everything came packaged securely and healthy. My spiders are PERFECT. Even the Ogre Faced Spider is a decent size! I will definitely be buying more from Marshall Arachnids. Maybe a male here in the future! Thanks again for such a wonderful experiance!!

If you’re reading this and were on the fence about ordering a spider online, hop off that fence. We placed our first order for an ogre-faced spider and were reached out to within 24 hours. They were very courteous and friendly and even changed our delivery date on short notice to accommodate our schedule. We began this hobby with research and very quickly found them on YouTube, listened to the journey, the knowledge, the respect, and the open mindedness. One can really tell these animals are cared about and they just want that care to spread in their best interest. Our spider came well packaged for the weather overnight and arrived in the morning, very healthy and started netting right away. We ordered a second one a as soon as the first arrived and will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

The purplebox 4x4x7 ogre-faced spider habitat kit was the perfect combination to start off my journey with my new ogre-faced spider. It was beautifully packaged and the attention to details is amazing. You can really see the care and thought that goes behind ensuring your spider makes it home safely. The color choices and premium feel even makes the unboxing experience incredibly nice. The habitat, leaves, and soil mix made it very easy to build a great enclosure in less than 5 to 10 mins which was my priority when opening the box. The bottle is great too! This isn't mentioned in the product, but you also get what feels like a VIP concierge service from their team. It is easy to reach our or communicate with them and they provide so many resources to help make this process simple. The combination of all these things made the experience incredible. I'm really appreciative of the thought and care put behind their product.
